Here's what Salt Lake Magazine stated about Blind Dog at its old location:
"Lately renovated, this comfortable restaurant and sushi bar is really a hardcore foodie hangout. Its irreverent, humorous menu counter-points palate-exciting food. Leafy vegetables swirl within the mouth with gorgonzola, sugary pecans, and thyme-Mandarin oranges, all dissolving having a subtle fire-spiced vinaigrette. Lobster cakes with mango salsa and sweet poker chips are respectable Chesapeake Bay food. Steak, sea food, duck, or pork, highlighted with roasting poblano, fried-haystack let's eat some onions, or cranberry cornbread stuffing, encourage people toward dessert. Chocolate, custard, or caramel desserts chased having a civilized glass of port, or apres dinner liqueur make good dogs famous us. BDG's sushi, loaded and folded Tokyo, japan style, is California-Japanese. Local people, eat, drink and laugh, creating a happening, hopping place." - Salt Lake (Magazine from the Mountain tops)

Loved the meals, Ahi nachos and truffle fries were divine! Had the grouper and also the barreimundi both were cooked perfectly and sampled great! Drinks in the bar were excellent and also the service was just right. Not our very first time there nor our last, we like it!!
Oh, the sushi .where will i begin ..the melt inside your mouth, tantalize your tongue, orgasm inside your mouth sushi and sake experience we'd at Blind Dog. Situated more locally instead of on Primary Street, entering this sushi bar and restaurant you'd never imagine it becoming an old lumber yard. There have been three people therefore we elected from the sushi bar and required a booth within the bar area were we literally sank in to the seats. Maybe they figure causing you to that comfortable could make you stay longer and save money. I dont know, but I know that whenever that first bite of sashimi I had been ready to stay for some time. Their sushi menu comprised of most of the frequently seen makis and sushi choices at any fundamental sushi restaurant. However, Blind Dog provides a full dinner menu too with highlights for example Cheesesteak Egg Comes composed of Kobe Beef, Aged Provolone, Caramelized Let's eat some onions, Shrooms, Spicy Ketchup, Baked Very Cheesy Mac &lifier Vermont Cheddar, Seared Ahi Small Slider mobile phones with Wasabi Cucumber Aioli, Selected Bermuda Let's eat some onions, in addition to wide variety of sea food and niche hamburgers. The highlight on Blind Dogs menu might be their Bad Ass Bakes though. Varying from Lobster Tail to Tator Kids tempura battered, baked with Spicy Aioli, Eel Sauce, Tobiko, Scallions &lifier Sesame Seed products. The next time. The next time we'll attempt to narrow it lower and check out a couple of things from the dinner menu. However this involved fresh sashimi delicately and gradually approaching our palate and ending by having an explosion of flavor. The plates were flowing and Park City was showing all over again to possess its grip on great fresh foods. Although Blind Dog has among the biggest beer, wine and liquor choices within the condition, Sake was what we should were opting for. Toasting to health, happiness and good relationships the Sake went lower as smooth because the seafood. Blind Dogs atmosphere, service and great food was absolutely beyond pleasing. This area is very the jewel and certain to not dissatisfy.
met a buddy there for applications and drinks. it's the foremost and before ill visit. staff looks confused and inexperienced. wasn't impressed using the food product or quality. still searching for an excellent bar to spend time.
$2 tacos were terrible, no salsa, dry seafood, no chips, no guacamole, and bad service. 2 other areas around do great $2 taco nites...just since it is affordable it should not be terrible. Plus bartenders sweaty and also over billed me and required twenty minutes to repair it. Never returning there.
