One one side, homes on Woodside, Park Avenue, Norfolk, and a few other popular roads have homes lining the hillside by Park City resort with some containing ski access and others situated close to Main Street. The opposite side of the valley where Ontario Dr is located looks across the valley and over Main St.

Some can be had as low as 200k but as you get closer to either the ski resorts or Main Street, the prices go up considerably in costs. Since it is situated in between both ski resorts in town, you can reach either within five minutes in either direction. The Canyons will likely put you just over five minutes to reach down Highway 224 making Old Town one of the most convenient locations in all of the area.
